CANON POINT: Sometime during Season 2 of Doctor Who. Just after The Girl in the Fireplace.

Fourthwalling: Not really because things could get very confusing otherwise. Timelines and all of that.
Offensive subjects: None.

Hugging this character: The 10th Doctor loves to hug people, those he knows, and those he doesn't know, since this reincarnation of the Timelord is very hands-on and affectionate.

Flirting with this character: Feel free to flirt and see what awkwardness ensues with the Doctor.
Fighting with this character: Oh, bring it on! Anyone for a sword fight? The Doctor would rather use words instead of weapons to solve things but he wouldn't back down from a fight if need be.

Killing this character: No thanks. He's only just regenerated!
